the idea came from the big drum in the sky religion's  browny but the info came to me as a kind of spam from micromelancolie's robert skrzyński as they were looking for somebody eager to release the pop group tribute compilation - so i thought this would be a nice idea to release something which is not an original artwork but just the covers/remixes. well, it took a very long time to put the things together - as the people involved in the project seemed very excited for a moment and then just almost quit but of course they were very inetersted in as fast as possible releasing the stuff but forgot to contribute their tracks...
so, here it is. sometimes it sounds horrible because no mastering was done - as i wanted the tracks sound as close as to the conditions they were recorded in.

another travel back in time. to the very beginning. track "wir stehen an der seite des fuehrers" is the second track ever recorded by nuoh and the oldest that has survived digitized. the cdr version of "język umarłych" has contained more tracks but they aren't existing as the wav or flac files due to destruction of master tapes (i cut them for loops) and the masters from cdrs are also unavailable due to shitty quality of the cdrs and destruction of the data. but the enhanced and paid version of this album is available from sp recordings bandcamp site as they don't really care about the quality of the sound files (but not music itself) they release. so, here is the shorter version and all the tracks are encoded directly from the wav format. and i think that the shorter version is better.
the other thing is the cover: the original was hand-drawn suprematist-like clash of the black and red geometric figures on the white background. the present one is the digitally bastardized photography. still nice i think.

we are going back in time. when nuoh wasn't working with the computer and martwyskurwiel records was (or should have been) a cdr label. this release was sent to distribution by drone records in nine copies (it was an exclusive item due to other problems than making this stuff for the elite though) somewhere between 2004 and 2005. i don't think they were sold. last thing i remeber about that cdr release was that stefan knappe wasn't quite interested in throwing away these cdrs into trash can or destroy them permanently but rather give them away for free with another drone records releases. the cdr version got handcrafted cover created by monika szczukiewicz - cover which was very interesting and beautiful but wasn't corresponding with the sounds from the release.
also the section "b" ("doomówka") was the last recording ever done by the old nuoh - the project was dead for three and a half years. until may 2006 i think.
